Wedgewood Golf Course is seeking year-round golf caddies in Conroe, TX

Whether you are a golf enthusiast or looking for a new and exciting opportunity in the golf industry, this position is perfect for students who want to work outdoors and build relationships with golfers from all over the world. Our team has implemented strict protocols to ensure the safety of both our caddies and patrons, allowing you to focus on providing exceptional customer service, fostering camaraderie, and managing the course efficiently.

Ideal candidates from are those with flexible schedules and full availability, including weekends, as needed. Depending on your availability, caddies have the potential to earn a substantial income.

What We Expect from Our Golf Caddies
Cheerfully engage with Golfers and club visitors, delivering top-notch customer service
Accompany Golfers throughout the course, carrying golf bags weighing up to 35 pounds each
Share knowledge of the course and provide information to golfers
Assist golfers in decision-making
Calculate yardage for golfers
Locate errant shots
Maintain the course
Clean clubs and golf balls

Education and Experience Requirements
Possess general golf knowledge, with the ability to play or guide other golfers. Previous professional golf experience is not necessary.
Display an outgoing personality with a customer-first mindset
Be physically capable of carrying two bags weighing up to 35 pounds each while walking the course multiple times daily
Candidates with previous experience in Server, Waiter, Bartender, Hospitality, Customer Service, Golf Retail, General Retail, Landscaping, Sales, Valet, Firefighter, EMS personnel, or other outdoor or recreational roles will also be considered.
